Where it actually comes from.
Most back pain is a downstream symptom of something else. A pelvis that has rotated to compensate for an old ankle injury. A thoracic spine that does not rotate, forcing the lumbar to do work it should not. Years of sitting that have shortened a hip flexor and tilted the pelvis. Almost always, the place that hurts is not the place that is broken.
The crack-and-go problem.
A quick crack at the painful segment will probably give you a day of relief. It will not fix the compensation pattern that put the segment under load. You will be back in two weeks. We have seen it thousands of times.
The Method, applied.
Day one is the Complete Gorilla Report. Posture scan, stress test, SEMG, full history. We map where the load is sitting and why the body is putting it there. Then we build a plan. Usually Reclaim phase work, twice a week for six weeks, while we reset the structural cause. Then progressively less frequent visits as the change holds.
We retest every visit. If the pattern is not changing, the plan is wrong, and we change it.
